We offer standard shipping for all orders made in EA Shop.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 - 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.
We use flat-rate shipping of RM 10.00 for orders below RM 300. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 300 and above
Orders will be processed and shipped once payment confirmation is received.
International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
We are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame as we are using third party courier service
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date EA Shop shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

At EA Shop, our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
Returning your merchandise is a breeze - please contact our service team or at contact us.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom footwear orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects (this does not cover normal wear and tear).
